Our beautifully styled Bell Tents are the perfect way to celebrate any occasion; from birthday slumber party to a baby shower, hen’s nights and high tea. Bell Tent Sleepover

Bell Tent sleepover styling is suited to kids, teens, ladies night in, hens parties. We set up the Bell Tent, provide everything (except sleeping pillow) and then pack down the next day. Our Bell Tents can sleep up to 8 guests.

• Estrella is our most popular Bell Tent sleepover theme. It includes warm earthy tones with ambient lighting for a cosy contemporary theme for all ages

• Cantina provides brights pops of colour with touches Mexico

• Teepee themes can be styled in our Bell Tents, if you are looking for Rose Gold Bling, A Country Garden or any of the teepees themes let us know when booking

• Custom sleepover themes are popular with our clients, let us know what you have in mind and we will create a stunning sleepover theme to suit your vision Extra charges may apply to custom themes.

Bell Tent FAQ

• Due to the traditional nature bell tents are made to absorb the heat during the day so they stay warmer at night. In Cairns this means we use the bell tent for sleepover parties in our cooler months from late May until mid October

• The Bell Tents need a 7 meter circumference to set up. it must be on flat ground that is clear of long grass, debris, animal dung and overhanging treesAll year round we use the bell tent for picnic parties and lounge/ chill areas; by removing the sides and raising the roof it gets a lovely breeze through the canopy

• The bell tent use is subject to weather conditions; it is completely waterproof. However, the safety of the TK Teepees set up crew and your guests if there is rain we will need to look at an Option B plan for your party. Setting up on sodden ground or taking styling items in and out of the bell tent in the rain just does not work; damage occurs to styling items, equipment and the bell tents. Glamping in the rain does make for a type of memorable experience but not the glamorous one we like our guests to have

• TK Teepees will make the call around weather conditions and liaise with the party host

• If you have a fire pit, the Bell Tent must be well away from it and to ensure there is no smoke blowing into the tentWe do not hire the bell tent out on its own; our bell tents are only used in conjunction TK Teepees set up and styled parties

• We set up the Bell Tent for kids rest areas at weddings, please message us to discuss options as price on application

• At this time we do not style for bride/ groom weddings nights

• Any damage to the bell tent or any styling items during hire will be billed to the client
